Mayberry Property Services (MPS) provides a FREE service to Realtors and Home Owners to assist in marketing their home.  Our goal is to place one of our certified Home Managers in your clients house at no cost to you or the home owner.

The certified home manager will furnish and decorate the vacant home to show the home to its maximum potential.  We do regular inspections, announced and unannounced to insure that the home manager is complying with the program.

• Home will be immaculate and in show to sell condition at all times.
• Curb appeal (home manager takes care of lawn maintenance)
• Savings to you home owner in insurance costs and utilities (insurance is less on occupied home than vacant home if home owner can get insurance, home manager pays all utilities)
• FREE to the home owner and Real Estate Agent

Once the property has an offer, MPS will move the Home Manager to another property without delay so that your listing is ready to close.  Home Managers can be out in as little as 10 days.
