Home Manager Program

If you answered yes to any of the above questions you may be the right person to become part of the MPS Home Manager Program. Owners and Realtors have vacant houses for sale and in today's market vacant homes are slower to sell. Mayberry Property Services places Home Mangers in vacant properties. You move in and furnish with your nice furniture, pay the utilities, take care of the lawn, pool, etc and in exchange you pay about the price for a small apartment. You are not a tenant, you are a subcontractor who pays a participation fee. As a subcontractor you will have to move out when the home sells. You will have at least 10 days to move out. MPS will make every effort to place you in another property.
